Help Grid Garage

Hi guys i have the followed problem:
I ripped the Grid Garage following the Kottons tutorial about this step by step but i have a problem when i enter to play the game crashes

except for the fact all your textures are mixed I think the garage is too Highpoly for sa so you shoulda try to split it in more pieces

btw never done a map mod

any other option
