How Can i Make a Good Reflection im suing one at the moment but it has way too much chrome in it please help

can anyone suggest settings for a reflection?

Where is writed Texture mapping and addressing mode, make Auto Sphere Environment, than add after material [env:(how you want)spec] Smile

[env:(how you want)spec] if i chnge it from :2 to :10 what would hapopen will it aslow more reflection?
