The one is better, which has the always actual better car. Technical achievements? Bugatti. Beauty? Lamborghini/Ferrari. Sports? McLaren, Porsche, Mugen, choose yourself. Power? Mercedes (Axor, Actros), DAF.

So how can you say ONE country builds "THE BEST" car if it differs from what point you view? Its the Engineers, which build a car, not a country. You'd be surprised what nationalities american engineers could have. Or german. Or italian.

german cars are good too for example, BMW: a friend has a BMW 330cd, he was in a hurry to get at his work and on the freeway he caught 200 km/h and he thought he had 140 km/h lol..

My vote goes to my coutnry...not only for patriotic reasons, but also because Italian engineers are some of the best in the world...let's just think about the Busso engine, or Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini (even tho now it is german, it used to do awesome cars like the Diablo, Miura, and Urraco)...we have the Passion that every other country (except for britain) lacks...

Japanese cars are technically superb, their 4wd system is the best in the world, and they are fukin reliable, fast and agile...but they don't have Passion, that's it.

American cars can only be driven fast on a straight line, and use leaf spring suspensions and OHV engines (we used them last time in the 1970's FIAT 500....just to mention), so they kinda suck...apart for drag racing, of course (and for pickup trucks...american ones are the best).

British cars come second to me, I really do love Astons and Lotus...I've been on a friend's Exige S and it damn pwnz (and yea, I know it has a 1.8 Toyota engine, so STFU ), so brits are a good second place.

French cars...well, I own one...perfect interiors, damn comfortable and silent, quite reliable as well, but I really don't like their design and their engines aren't that powerful and brilliant...

Germans...their cars are very well engineered, are classy, powerful, and damn good looking...but thanks to the people here who own them, I hate them...it looks like they're better than you because you own a Fiat\Renault\Ford\Toyota while they have a Mini, or a BMW 1-series, 3-series, or whatever...I'll never buy german...

i can say that japaneese rx-8 is shit , after 100,000 Km-s the engine goes off, when bmw gives a warany that the engine will cover 1 milion km-s without a problem

look my car has 282k km-s and runs as quick as it should be go check the m42 engine and ull be sure and dont say anything if u dont know falken its fiat that cant run more then 200k km

I said that NEW engines can't run more than that...your BMW isn't new...old engines like yours, or mine, can last for a fukin ton of kms...I said Euro 4 engines don't last long, yours and mine are of the Euro 2 generation... Ur beemer can easily reach 350-400k kms without any problem, but try doing it with a 1-series, especially with a diesel one...

And btw, FIAT FIRE engines are the longest lasting engines in the world...I know a guy with a FIAT Uno with 525000 kms still running smoothly...no maintenance at all, just an oil change sometimes, when he remembered that inside the engine there's also the oil

Americans make good cars for them long straight highways wtf take a Dodge Ram 2500 or a GT40 or a Mustang in Europe with that tiny roads

Japanese cars are fine tho nothing special about the way they look

Italian cars are good looking tho sumtimes they get drunk and design a car like most of french cars


French errmm I don't like they design for example the new Megane and Laguna or the hatchback of the old Megane or the Velsatis or the Peugeot 207SW ... tho some cars are nice like the Peugeot 205 , 407SW 406 or Renault Clio and some others

So I've voted for German cars I know some of the owners think they are the king of the roads (mostly Audi Q7 drivers and BMW X5) tho they have some ugly cars too like Teh new BMW 7 series :goof: or the X6 and the Mercedes B &R class

that are my tastes when it comes to cars tho I can't cay anything about their mechanic
