That place is at the LS police station, but I modified it a little bit in MED (f-in destroyed it ! ). Its not a mission, only my imagination. Yes, the "swat" "special forces" guy you see (call him however you want to xD) is a PED skin, I've changed mine skin trouth the skin selector. That "gasmask" is a model, which relaces "irgogles" - heatvision (whatever, the first pic in the final row) so I can put that mask on whenever I want to... you may ask, then how I disabled the heatvision without getting the mask off, there is a CLEO script by ZAZ and you can enable nightvision and heatvision whenever you want to. About the knife, install SRT3 and you will get it.

Jeff, What is this neon under the car?

Simple, goto gtainside ( if you don't know this site, paste it in google)
goto gtaIV sections
click TRAINERS
and download simple native trainer 3.9
make sure you have asi hook installed ( install xliveless and you have it)
start gtaIV press F3
use numpad 8 and 2 to scroll to carspawn press numpad 5 and get a car
use numpad 0 to go back in the main trainer menu
goto car options and use numpad 2 to get to car neon ( standard disabled)
hit numpad 5 and bam you got neon under your car
hit F4 to hide the trainer menu and enjoy the drive.

Welcome back Vato, great to see you here again.

If you are talking about my IV screens then, yes, I use "enb reflection" version (not using it right now, dont see the big difference, look like the power of reflections is only increased / btw, I didnt lose any framerates with enb). Well, when I only isntalled my IV everything maxed and draw distance - 25 I was getting 45fps in benchmark, in-game the minimum I had ~25fps.
