Have you tried looking for it on GTA Inside and GTA Worldmods? Or try searching google for "gta san andreas 1970 dodge charger" and see what you find...

Shelbymotor, when I google translated that website, it said that dowloads are restricted to members that frequently comment on a certain subject or participates in the forums. I don't know about you, but I can't speak Russian. Also it looks like they don't want casual members to download their material and put it on other sites yet they are using other people's cars on their site.
