i am currently working on a F/A hornet (convert) to gta sa but can i have static flaps or do they have to move?

Not bad, but you can't make the flaps workable. Maybe with cleo, or if you edit the main.scm.

flaps can be moveable its in stock gta like that lol

That's not the flaps, that's the spoilers what are works on the planes in gta as flaps too

Flaps should work is youre replacing the hydra... Or do you want to keep them from moving?

its from BF2 i would it was already made so yea just a basharound mod to learn things on because iv now got a server im givin up wit zmod for a while
