Testing rank

Me and EZE have decided the following about tester rank:
A member has to fulfill the followings to apply for tester position:
-At least 30 posts in the forum (no spams,etc,i'll remove spam replies)
-The member has to became registered a month before they'd apply for testing position.

After you apply for the position,I will interview you,and then we'd decide.

I can remove spam replies also?

I'd make up a rule first,so you all could decide what to consider as spam reply

XSB is in charge of Staff Recruitment and Management from now on. He has the right to remove or add members and his decision is not to be questioned.
