first, next time, you can put this comments (your doubts or questions) i'll give you the link to the General help topic for not open a new one.
second, here are some of your questions: check the readme's and try installing by carefully way:
1. put speedometers: attention! there are 19 pages for differents speedometers and cleo mods, link to gtainside and link to gtainside 2 2.there is an example in the first link to gtainside, in the unique speedometer of the page there are two versions, with/without transmission, if i'm right you have to press for example 8 for up gears and 2 for down gears.anyways in the readme there is an explanation for it.try with differents numbers until find the corrects ones. 3.turn on/off the light in the day (i love this mod ) : this is a link for turn on/off engine:engine this is a link for indicator lights mod:indicator this is a link for lights mod:control car mod with this last onr you can: Hydraulics:
Press , (comma) inside a vehicle to turn on/off hydraulics.
Central locking system:
Press 0 (zero) when on foot to lock every door of your car. When doing that the lights will
be flashing and you can hear a sound (The lights won't be flashing if you have turned off
the engine before).
For those who don't know the previous version:
This CLEO-Mod adds some useful functions when being inside a vehicle:
- Opening every single door
- Opening bonnet
- Opening boot
- Turning engine on/off
- Locking/unlocking doors
- Turning on/off lights
- Turning on/off Auto-Driver
hope it help you with some of your questions dude

Those are awesome solutions. But the installation of all this is very complicated to me. Can you explain how to use Sanny Bulder, where to copy files...

i never used sanny builder for it, i used the easy way , simply, look for download the cleo3library and if you can find one that come with autoinstaller: "You can download the stand-alone archive or auto-installer. To install CLEO 3 in such a way, unzip this archive to the game root directory or run the installer and follow its instructions." link for download: click here it just make a folder in the gta sa folder with "CLEO" name, then unpack the zip/rar contents files and it's done, the cleo 3 is installed, then open a mod, check the readme and it's surely that it will say : put the ....cs and the ...cs and the cs times that files appear in C/rockstar games/gtasa/cleo, in the cleo folder you have to put the cs files, and some more if the readme says and some others like txd files in txd folder or the folder that the readme says, if you have any doubt, ask right here i will are here tomorrow.

quit the files that come in the rar from the gta sa folder, example: files in rar: speed.cs speed.txd readme.txt blarblanblar crap...
now in gta sa folder: cleo folder: speed.cs file> selctt and delete or quit it from gta sa/cleo folder ok ? then go to txd folder if me is right ,there should be the speed.txd file. make the same thing: speed.txd>select it and delete or quit it from the gta sa/txd folder ok ?
