1. copy a dummy is like copying a normal part
2. where to put it? explore an original SA car and you'll see, this is one kind of question ppl ask without even exploring an original SA car
3. name it bonnet_dummy

select front bump with this tool- Select/Separated...select it and delete,now u deleted 1st layer,after deleting,u'll see bumper again..now select it and texturize,it should work then(but don't forget to turn od Selected Mode,with Space on keyborad)..i rly dunno why there is 2 layers of front and rear bump,but ok...
