| How to enable it is writen in readme, Snowing (if you have some questions ask. About the settings, as I told these pics are old, I have about 8 settings )))), but thats okay, I will make an archive of them, and you can try them if you want.  (But thats later.) I quit with SA for sometime, I was making my own configs, but now my SA is damn too much modified and my PC cant handle it, so quit with SA until I buy a new PC.    | |

As George said, to install ENB you have to do it manually, SAMI doesn't work....and btw, installing ENB is just a matter of copy and paste.....I don't think you need a tool for this | |
