| I had windows running PURRRRfectly for 8 straight months without reinstalling then I got a trojan  but I'm sure it woulda kept me going for longer | |

| when I was an noob I keept Windows for 2 years :bicycle: and I selected manual update on the antivirus and then the PC starts restaring I call somebody and he notices my stupidity , I had 20 viruses in my PC the the Antivirus with an 1 and a half years old database  he formated all the HDD btw that happend when I had the PC about 2004  | |

| open the disk drive, select all the folders, right click-> properties -> uncheck read only -> Apply to sub folders -> OK  It should work, i had the same prob once  | |
