Would be easier if you could tell us from where you got that, whats its name and/or what it is. I won't download and extract anything which is completely unknown, even the filename is strange.

lol - what the heck is too difficult to simply open your OWN san andreas to take a look?? At least now as oyu know where to search, just drive or fly there, and you know all the answers. AND it is way faster than waiting for any answer, for other people doing tasks which you can easily solve by your own. Why the hell do you have to ask others to do things? This is not a task which need special skills like converting or modelling. To be clear on that point - you ask other people to install and search a mod for your GTA. It is not impossible to do it on your own, I just smell some lazy ass here. We have the risk to download and install a completely unknown file, which easily could be malware or smth like that, next point is: you can't tell a source, it has no selfspeaking filename, how the hell can anyone trust? Ok, you said its a map file. Anyone can come in, ask for a fools job to be done, place smth malicious and here we go! "This is only a map mod file". Got my point?
But still, someone helped you.
Dadude took the risk, thats a point to be thankful, so raise your butt and look into your own game now to find out where it is!

But, i did not use a clean san andreas, i used a fully modded one.
