Where can I find the original tuning rims?

hello guys good night . where i can find this rims in the format,for example wheel_lr4.dff and wheel_lr4.txd ?
the rims are the original of the muscle cars and the stock wheel . how of the 70' muscle wheel pack . thanks at all

hi man i'm talking about of the rim how of the 1969 dodge charger of king_george.
and the other rim is the old original stock wheel of some american cars.
i find the wheel in the format . for example wheel_lr4.dff and wheels.txd because the wheel pack are five wheels . but i only like install one of the wheels. for this i'm searching the wheels in the format .for example wheel_lr4.dff and wheel_lr4.txd.sorry yes i don't whrite the corrects words in english.
i can't find one 1970 dodge charger fast and furious for gta sa too.i only find one 1970 dodge charger fast and furious but is a convertion of gta vice city.

There are no .txd wheel files.
There wheels are all found in the gta3.img file.
All the rims are .dff .
If theres a wheel pack with .txd files, you will need to replace the .dff file then just add the .txd file and then edit the veh.ide file in somethin like notepad.
