modding GTA SA

can any one tel me how to mod or just the program that u use to mod gta san or any tool to mod ^_^ plz..thx :xox:

If you are looking to make vehicle mods or other 3d related stuff then you'll need either 3DsMAX or Zmod,

For Texture editing you can use the TXD Editor

For Audio editing you can use Alci Sound Editor (I'm not sure of the name...)

and for adding cars or mods (dff and txd) to San andreas you need a program LIKE THIS to edit .img files like gta3.img where you will put all the car mods

oh thx!!!.in that of moding txd file i kind of got it ..in that of adding sounds i add some sounds of police car sound and now its all mest up ..but i try my best
