[HELP]Buggy game!

In the last time i'm getting buggy in my SA... why?
I've installed some new maps,(drift city,Texas Nascar and Drift Bay ) and check how buggy became :


As you can see the city textures are NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I unninstalled some street mods but still same damn shit! And the strange thing is that i'm so buggy only in SF and North way to Vegas.(only the way from the bridge). Well now have no idea what to dO! Which map should I unninstall? It gets annoying!!

unistal the map mods to solve the mapping problems the problem could be too many modded cars

i think u could keep ur maps.. you just needed to lower your graphic settings.. i think the textures would load faster.. but im not sure

It is program that allow you to increase the streaming memory of the game, infact when the game doesn't load all the textures, if you have installed many cars, with this tool you increase the memory and you don't have problem:
