Another problem with Handling line!

hi guys,i have another problem with handling,who can tell me about how can i do for make that the car look like this,i think that the problem is the suspension:

but the problem is this:the original suspension:

aised the height and gave it a bit higher rear. If its vice versa (front is higher) set the -0.09 0.4 values to -0.9 0.6.
