You can do those neons with the program named RWAnalyze.
But i never interested on this, i dunno how.

When i was scratching a omptimised car for gta i forgot to make seperate interiror for doors and instead made a seperate interior model... what should i do now? I don't wat to re-scratch it, it was a lo process...

I think u need to re-scratch or just make the same model at the interior... maybe this will help
